History
A former government biochemist who was betrayed when he expressed anger that his work was being used to hurt people. He was dosed with a cocktail of his own drugs, which was designed to kill him. However, instead it damaged his brain, making him a paranoid. He managed to sabotage Rex Tyler's experiments to produce a safe version of Vitamax, and the altered Vitamax gives him incredible super powers. His paranoia has driven him to fight against a variety of heroes.

Powers
Tall, massive, incredibly strong, almost invulnerable, immune to the magic of the Ibistick. Can jump many miles at once. Shoots heat rays from his eyes, and can project colored force fields from either hand. Genius-level intelligence. On the other hand, he has to take a twice-irradiated Vitamax pill to change into his super-villain form, and the effects of these pills only last an hour. In his other identity, he is in his early 50s and in very poor physical condition.
