History
The older adopted son of Jim and Susan Barr, he is tall and gawky, and his coordination is only about average. He was a genius even before he used the Barr's 'anti-crime' serum. He is very strong, although he doesn't often reveal his strength. He invented most of the gadgets that he uses and also the armor and weapons that his brother uses.

Powers
Jim Barr Jr. carries lots of gadgets with him, and he is also a genius at adapting and modifying existing devices to suit his purposes. He is tall and not very well coordinated, but he runs well and has great stamina.
