History
Selected by Wotan to battle Jim (Strobe) Chisholm because of his villanous past and because he looked very much like the Earth-Villain Power Ring, Kool was put into a trance, surrounded by and illusion that made him appear to be Power Ring, and given the stolen power ring of Green Lantern (Allan Scott). He teamed up with another ensorcelled pawn playing Sinestro. Strobe defeated the two of the easily. Wotan gave Kool another chance, and sent a mystical construct to provide him with power. Any power he asked for, the construct would supply. Kool had a hangover, and he asked for a power ring with some limited powers. Once he discovered that he really had these powers, he attepted to use them for a little 'adult fun' with an unwilling lady. Power Girl caught him before he could complete his crime and she beat him, eventually taking away his ring. The ring is probably now in safe keeping in the Batcave.
